Refund & Cancellation Policy

All our jewellery pieces are made to order with great care and craftsmanship. Due to this, we follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy for orders that are dispatched in perfect condition.

In Case of Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and share detailed pictures along with an unedited opening video clearly showing the issue. This video is mandatory for any damage-related claims.

Order Cancellations

As we are both manufacturers, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, no cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Important:
An opening video (clearly showing the sealed package being opened) is mandatory for all damage claims and must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
